Apply for a License
1. Completed the Quantum Healer Coach Program by IQUIM.
2. Complete the required Video Courses provided by IQUIM.
3. Send us your own Statement of Healing Mission Statement.
4. Send us a list of the Quantum Healing Techniques you use as a Quantum Healer.
5. If you are certified or licensed in any other healing modality, please send us a copy of your certificates or licenses.
6. Send us a copy of your Statement of Faith and your Code of professional Ethics.
7. Send us a copy of your own Informed Consent Form.
8. Remit $70 check or money order USD payable to FSHLB – QHLB by mail as your initial fee for your license or pay by credit card using the IPX Services secure and confidential gateway.
